You are a magnificent Spiritual Being having a Human Experience in a Physical Body!

In an often demanding world, it is not at all uncommon for our physical bodies to experience stress, tension and anxiety as a result of an activated Sympathetic Nervous System, or our “fight or flight”, response.

In my practice, I hold space to listen to your body’s story and aim to balance and integrate the Mind, Body and Spirit connection by mobilizing the calming effects of the Parasympathetic Nervous System so you can get to feeling your best self.

While my focus is deep relaxation and restoration, I tailor my sessions to accommodate your specific needs, utilizing a harmonious blend of elements including techniques from Swedish, Ayurvedic, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue and Tui Na.

I received my education from East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland and am dedicated to building and expanding on the knowledge I received there.

I offer my services in the comfort and privacy of your own home and enjoy working with individuals as well as families in the Eugene and surrounding area.
