Cancellations & Missed Appointments

We understand that sometimes life happens and appointments aren't always possible to keep, and nobody likes being stood up, so if you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know.

If you do need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice.

Missed appointments (no-call/no-show) will be charged 100% of the cost of the missed appointment

Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged 50% of the cost of the missed appointment fee

Arriving late for an appointment doesn't result in an automatic discount, you still get to be responsible for 100% of the appointment fee

We offer email appointment reminders and you can opt in for text reminders to make keeping track easy
