Service Description

Massage therapy for VA/Tri-West Referrals, motor vehicle accident or worker's comp claims. Billing services are offered with proper paperwork completion, with a doctor's prescription. Your physician will determine the areas that require treatment and then you and your therapist will create a treatment plan to help you reach your recovery goals. This service is $63/unit with 4 billable units per session

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Phone call/voicemail, text, DM, email - Those are all great methods for keeping us in the loop if something comes up thay might keep you from your appointment. Refunds will not be issued for missed (no-call/no-show) appointments
