Forest Hart understands the body as a kind of ongoing conversation. Sensations speak first, emotions give them tone, and the mind does its best to translate the experience into story.

His work begins with the understanding that people are not just muscles and joints. The body carries layers of experience—physical tension, emotional memory, and the narratives we form around both. When those layers are approached with care and curiosity, the body often begins revealing patterns that may have been difficult to notice before.

Forest practices trauma-aware, collaborative bodywork. Rather than trying to “fix” the body, he focuses on creating a grounded and supportive environment where clients can safely explore what their bodies may be holding. In that space—steady, attentive, and unhurried—the nervous system often settles, allowing new awareness and possibilities for change to emerge.

Sessions move at the pace of the body. Sometimes that means focused therapeutic work to address pain or areas of strain. Other times it means slowing down enough for the body’s internal conversation to become a little clearer.

Forest sees his role primarily as a witness—someone who lends steady attention and awareness so clients can more clearly sense what their own bodies are holding. Often, that borrowed attention is enough for something important to begin unfolding.

Clients often describe his sessions as grounding, collaborative, and quietly supportive.

His work tends to resonate with people who are curious about their bodies and who appreciate a thoughtful, consent-based approach to bodywork—one that respects the intelligence already present within them.
