Meet Dr. Kirstin Sweet

I hold a simple belief:

growth deserves to be nurtured. That belief shapes how I approach medicine, education, and the everyday work of caring for ourselves and one another.

I’m a licensed naturopathic doctor with training in nutrition, botanical medicine, homeopathy, and other integrative approaches. My approach begins with listening, understanding your health story, and working together toward thoughtful, individualized next steps.

Beyond the clinic, I’m a lifelong learner, maker, and mother. I love the places where science, curiosity, and creativity meet—and I believe meaningful growth rarely follows a straight path. Gardens certainly don’t.
